Was in the Mott Haven area and stopped in to MAiSONETTA for a last minute dinner. The place wasn't super busy so thankfully I was able to be seated right away. As a thank you for checking in on Yelp, MAiSONETTA is currently offering a free glass of wine so definitely check that out! I got the rosé and it was delicious. As for food, I ended up getting the Mexican burger and fries which was super thick and juicy! Very flavorful. For drinks I ordered the Villa which was also delicious- highly recommend!!

Came here twice in the past few weeks and it's such a cute little spot. The food is amazing, fish tacos, tuna tostaditos, even the drinks are great. The interior has such a nice vibe and the staff is friendly. My only critique would be the amount of servers, when I came during lunch it took forever to get our order in. But dinner had more staff and we were brought everything much quicker.
Me and my daughter, enjoyed this restaurant so much during our Mommy and Me weekend! The atmosphere was laid back and quite relaxing. The service was superb and the food was so good, we had to order food to bring home. I would give this establishment 6 stars if I could. We were both very pleased and we will be dining here again very soon. If you have not been here, you should definitely give them a visit. Peace and Love, Chele from the Block.
Cute ambiance, good drinks, and delicious food. Overall a great spot for brunch. One of the first things I noticed was that they gave us an actual physical menu and it made me so happy lol - I get the hype for QR codes but there's just something about holding a menu or flipping through some pages (bring back traditions!). My bf and I tried a couple of things: the tuna tostaditas which were very tasty (we loved the tuna and pico de mango combination); the brunch burger which looked delicious; and the huevos rancheros which were crispy and so so flavorful. For dessert we had the fried ice cream which I definitely recommend if you have a sweet tooth. We also tried the Frida and Villa signature cocktails to which we had no notes. I would definitely return for happy hour or dinner soon!
I came here for restaurant week and I loved my experience. I first ordered from the happy hour menu. I ordered the chicken tostada. It was little but very flavorful. I was unsure whether to order the restaurant week menu because it was alot for me but all the items were things I wanted to try. So I do order it and I am glad I did, I did not regret it at all. I had the crab empanadas, steak and the churros for dessert. I also ordered two drinks and when you check in on Yelp you get a glass of wine for free. Let's talk about the food the Empandas were very delicious and the presentation of the food was beautiful. The filling was very flavorful, had actual crab in it and there was a sauce on the dish which was delicious. I loved this appetizer and hope they make it part of their regular menu. Next the main course I had the steak, the steak was cooked perfectly exactly how I asked and it was flavorful. The dish had an egg, maduros and chaulafan. The chaulan was good but it was not greasy for me. The whole dish was great but would have probably wanted something citrus to cut the grease. Also the dessert was quite delicious the churros, were fresh and hot, the sauces which came with the churros were a great addition without being overly sweet. I ordered two drinks coconut margarita and coconut mojito. The coconut margarita was really good. The service, it was amazing the employees are very friendly. It is a family owned business and I felt as if I knew them well. The restaurant is beautiful inside and they have outdoor seating. It is a wonderful place which I would recommend to anyone. I went alone and it was a great meal. I would definitely come back and try other items off the menu.
Such a wonderful restaurant for fresh eats. Everything was incredibly delicious and full of flavor. We had the escargot and would eat it a million times over !! Sooo good and savory !! Super cute place adorned with ivy and the staff is really friendly. You must try their margaritas sooo good !
I was craving some octopus in the Bronx and haven't been in a while. So, my partner and I went together on a Sunday Night. Food: 5/5 I always love the food here so that is my go-to. This is a Manhattan restaurant quality in the Bronx!! The octopus is always tender and crispy, the burritos are so big that you need to take half home, and the churros will always be my favorite dessert. The food is always fresh and prepared to order! Service +Ambiance: 5/5 I will admit this is not a fast pace restaurant, you will be here for a while. But, it allows you to really enjoy your experience without being rushed. They are very attentive but, feel comfortable calling a waiter if you need something. All in all, I love coming here because it is always amazing. It is such a great date night spot but, it can be a bit pricey so be wary.
